Postdoctoral Fellow/$200 per session

Life can feel overwhelming sometimes. It’s okay to not have it all figured out, and you don’t have to go through it alone.

I work with individuals of all ages, including autistic individuals, to navigate the ups and downs of self-exploration and self-understanding. Together, we’ll create a space to uncover patterns in your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors—those patterns that might be keeping you stuck.

Through this process, we aim to develop greater awareness of your intentions, emotions, and perceptions, and how they influence the way you relate to yourself and others. As we move forward, I also want to help you build self-acceptance and self-compassion—because becoming a better version of yourself doesn’t mean striving for perfection; it’s about understanding who you are and making choices that align with what matters most to you.

You don’t have to do it all on your own—Let’s figure it out together.

Hi! I’m so happy you’re here. I’m excited to learn more about you and your purpose. I strongly believe everyone has their own “why” when it comes to the way they approach and view the world. I am here to offer you a safe, non-judgmental space to approach these reasons. Let’s work together to discover who you were, who you are, and who you want to be. My approach is based in psychodynamic foundations, however I use a variety of techniques to work with my clients.
My educational background includes a bachelor’s degree in public health and a master’s in psychology from Grand Canyon University. I am also currently pursuing my PsyD from California Northstate University.
