Payment & Insurance Information
We know that seeking answers for yourself or your loved one is what matters most. Whether you’re looking for a diagnosis, clarity, or access to the resources and support you deserve — we want to help you get there. We also want to make sure the path to getting there feels as manageable as possible, including when it comes to payment.
Here’s how payment for our services works:
For Autism assessments for children under 18 with Kaiser insurance: You may be able to have this assessment covered through your Kaiser plan. To explore this option, contact Kaiser directly and ask to be connected with their Autism Spectrum Disorder clinic. From there, you can request a referral to Bridges of the Mind. Our team is happy to help guide you through this if you have questions.
For all other services: We are a private pay practice, meaning payment is made out of pocket at the time of service. We are happy to provide you with a superbill — a detailed receipt of services — that you can submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement. To find out what your plan may cover ahead of time, we encourage you to contact your insurance provider directly and ask whether they cover the following service codes: 90791, 96130, and 96131.
