Target Audience: Individuals with clinically elevated levels of anxiety impacting their functioning, determined via an intake interview. Separate groups for girls, boys, and co-ed, categorized by age.
Goal: Empower participants to manage anxiety through cognitive and behavioral strategies.

Cost:
$100 for intake, $50 per session (per household).
Social Skills Groups for Children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, or Social Anxiety Disorder
Goals:
Develop crucial social skills through interactive and engaging activities.
Focus Areas:
- Recognizing emotions and nonverbal cues.
- Turn-taking and cooperative play.
- Language development and communication skills.
- Empathy, friendship, and social etiquette.
- Stress management and perspective taking.
- Team building and leadership skills.
Format:
In-person sessions at our West Sacramento office, following CDC guidelines. 6 sessions.
